Bay Bridge to I-80 north towards Sacramento.

Pass Berkeley, then Vallejo.

Next go over the beautiful preserved hills.

Pass exits for highway 680, then highway 12, then Abernathy Road.

The next exit is West Texas Street.

Take the middle road of exit. Continue straight until the traffic light at your T intersection. You will be heading toward downtown Fairfield for which you will also see arrows.

At the T intersection turn right onto West Texas Street.

Stay straight traveling 0.5 miles east.

Passing by on your right will be the new Transportation Center. Next on your right will be the Winery Square shopping center, followed somewhat later by Allan Witt Park also on your right.

The office building is on your left, about 100 feet diagonally past the park. The California Business Center is a professional looking two-story office building with an orange reddish color tiled roof.

There is ample parking in the front and rear areas.

Kindly come to the receptionist desk in the middle of the second floor.

Returning Home: The building's location is great in that West Texas Street has on/off ramps going to San Francisco/Sacramento.

The California Business Center is about 45 minutes drive from the I-80 ramps near downtown Sacramento during normal traffic.

Take I-80 going through West Sacramento, Davis, Dixon, Vacaville, till you come to Fairfield.

Pass the North Texas Street@ ramp, next Air Base Parkway@ ramp, followed by the Travis Boulevard@ ramp. Take the West Texas Street@ ramp.

At the next intersection, and your first traffic light, turn left onto West Texas Street. Simply go straight heading towards downtown Fairfield traveling east 0.6 miles from this first traffic light.

After this first turn onto West Texas Street, you will go under I-80; next on your right will be the new Transportation Center. Next on your right will be the Winery Square shopping center, followed by Allan Witt Park, also on your right.

Parking is located in the front and rear of the office building. Ample additional parking (only for meetings holding over 25 people during business hours) is located directly across the street in Allan Witt Park.
